THE PHILOSOPHY OF UKRAINIAN CHOICE

schedule

This is not just an award — it’s a philosophy of progress.

  • We believe business can be not only profitable — but principled. Supportive, not destructive. Collaborative, not competitive at any cost. Driven by purpose — not just performance.
  • We believe in those who don’t wait for better times — but create them. Who act on principle, support their country, speak their language, uplift their people. Who bring innovation without losing their roots.
  • UKRAINIAN CHOICE is about values that can’t be bought. About choices that speak louder than advertising. About recognition that reflects a new Ukrainian reality.

We apply a balanced system that evaluates both objective results and value-based alignment.

Evaluation Dossiers

Each fully evaluated company receives a comprehensive dossier — with scores, analyst insights, and detailed recommendations.

02
Matrix-Based Evaluation (Results × Values)

Companies are assessed on two axes:

  • Horizontal: actual results, scale, efficiency
  • Vertical: alignment with ethical, social, and cultural values
  •

    Threshold Criteria

Certain criteria have minimum required scores. Failing to meet thresholds (e.g., 5/10 in “Transparency & Ethics” or “Social Responsibility”) disqualifies the company, regardless of other strengths.

    04
    Sub-Criteria System

Each key criterion is broken down into 2–3 sub-criteria. For example, “Quality” may include consistency, compliance with standards, and customer feedback. This ensures precision and reduces subjectivity.
